We report a case involving an injury to a branch of the popliteal artery that occurred during hamstring graft harvesting for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. The complication required emergency embolization, intensive care unit (ICU) support with blood transfusion, and decompressive surgery due to compartment syndrome.
